About Us

(but more importantly, ‘about you’)

Lexia is an award winning communications consultancy which centres on delivering effective and efficient PR support to businesses like yours. We can tell you plenty about our 20 year history in comms across the globe, but we’re shaped by our clients…so it’s more important we get to know all about you. Let’s get talking.

“I found myself launching a business in the middle of Covid. From the brand identity to the media push & the web creation…they had me covered.”

Not everything in life is particularly planned. We’re here for the entrepreneur who’s been dreaming of a business idea for decades…or who starts producing face masks in a back bedroom overnight and turns over £100k within six months.

We help you find your story, draw out your unique selling points, strategise for the commercial journey you’re seeking to navigate, and get your voice heard where and when it will have most impact for your brand.

Our Team

Led by former journalist Debbie Watson, the agency is much changed from the one which first opened its doors in Suffolk in 2006. Today, while we still have PR and media relations at our core, we’re so much more than a mere ‘press release’ creation centre.

We have a network of first-rate highly experienced creative specialists who frequently become part of our virtual agency and enable our full service marketing delivery.

“An innate ability to take the essence of a situation & replay it for a variety of audiences. It’s exactly the sort of support businesses need.”

– Jane Townsend, Principal

As part of this, we pledge that:

  • We’ll always be transparent about our team structure, our costs, and our project anticipations

  • We’ll always seek to use the most agile means of communication and delivery, ensuring we keep costs appropriate and tailor our solutions to whatever works for you and your business

  • We’ll always do our best to upskill your staff and to ‘teach them how to fish’ so that while we’d love to continue working with you, you’ll also know that your staff are learning from our many years of experience

  • We’ll always give you our honest perspective on your brand, your business and your engagement with all your internal and external stakeholders (and we’ll comfortably take criticism and constructive feedback if there’s something which you feel we need to learn about your world)

  • We’ll always treat your staff as our colleagues, and your audience as our audience. Your journey really matters to us. We consider us ‘among you’.
